*Traditional Archery Club - Ages 9-19 years - Rain or shine!
The Traditional Archery Club strives to teach safety issues involved in the use and ownership of archery equipment as well as develop target-shooting skills. The club is managed by certified 4-H Adult Volunteer Coaches and Leaders who are available at all practices to offer instruction and supervision. Additional adults are always needed to help with the program. Please let us know if you are interested in becoming part of our outstanding leadership and coaching team.
*Traditional recurve bows and arrows are available to use at the range at no cost.
A parent/guardian is required to accompany the club member to the archery check-in table. PLEASE, DO NOT drop off your child and leave. Please bring the name and number of you doctor plus 2 emergency contact names and numbers with you the first time you attend.
Please, do not bring horses to the meetings!

Club members participate in monthly educational programs, fun activities, clinics and workshops. Members compete in 4-H Horse Quiz Bowl, Hippology , Horse Judging, State 4-H Horse Show, public speaking and other educational events.
A Note for Parents
A parent or legal guardian should check-in with their child at each club meeting. At your first meeting there is paperwork that needs to be completed. Please bring the name and telephone number of your child's doctor and two emergency contact people. Thank you in advance for you help and cooperation.

*.22 Rimfire Sporter Shooting Team - Grades 9-12
.22 Rimfire Sporter is a competitive sport and requires commitment from January until mid-April. Practices are held every Saturday or Sunday at the "Ten Ring Sporter" range, 2-4 pm. Changes in the schedule will be announced at practices. The Ten Ring Sporter range is open year round. Individual and family membership is available. .4-H Poultry Judging is an educational, hands-on program that involves learning to evaluate live and ready-to-cook birds, broken out eggs and shell quality. Poultry Judging Team members learn to observe, evaluate, compare and make decisions.
